SUMMARY

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing, executing, optimizing and measuring paid acquisition campaigns that drive new customers to the company website. You will own end-to-end performance of select consumer digital marketing channels which may include paid search, affiliate, display, video, social and/or mobile advertising. This position requires an experienced digital marketing manager who is a creative and strategic thinker – a leader who can combine marketing strategy and digital market techniques to make a big impact on our business strategy and help us achieve our goals

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The role of HTL’s digital marketing manager is to drive awareness of HTL product offerings to consumers and small businesses to help bring leads to our team Account Executives and Mortgage Loan Originators
  • Manage email campaigns including overall strategy, messaging, email acquisition, and solutions to increase email conversion rates
  • Identify and develop new features/functionality for website enhancements that improve conversion rate and user experience
  • Plan and manage paid search, display/retargeting ads, affiliate, and SEO
  • Develop social media program initiatives to grow community size and engagement
  • Collaborate with team members for creative/content creation in support of marketing campaigns
  • Track and own KPIs around this role’s twin goals of (1) brand awareness and (2) top-of-the-funnel customer acquisition
  • As an innovator, you would educate yourself and the extended team on the latest best practices as well as competitive landscape.
  • Day-to-day campaign bid management and execution tactics across multiple search engines (e.g. Google, Bing, App Store, etc.) to exceed customer acquisition goals and maximize return on ad spend
  • Create SEM dashboards and monitor KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for keyword, geography, and channel expansion
  • Work closely with the broader team to devise and implement full-funnel user acquisition strategies, optimize bidding strategy, and drive landing pages and ad copy to improve channel performance
  • Build, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns that drive growth (new users, complete form fills, and brand awareness) using Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Leverage relationships with platform partners (Google, Facebook, etc.) to rapidly identify, evaluate and deploy platform-specific best practices and pilot products to accounts
  • Experiment aggressively to find better ways to identify, engage and drive loyalty with our users
  • Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting across select digital marketing channels

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to execute FB ads, SEM, and retargeting campaigns
  • Ability to think outside the box and constantly find ways to reach the desired audience
  • Excellent project management skills a must
  • Self-starter and ability to work with people and manage online campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
